RH Bill: To Pass or To Trash?

Population, Responsible parenthood,  family Planning, Reproductive health, Value of Life, Moral Obligation and Faith. These are some subjects in the proposed Reproductive Health Bill. Up to now Filipino people pose the question, should it be a “pass” or ignore it and think of it as a “trash”?
RH Bill as proposed in the senate, has been a contentious issue from Positive and Negative reactions due to the Country’s overpopulation. The Main objective of the bill is to decrease the overpopulation throughout  the country, this targets for those people below poverty level, for them to sustain their family and for their children they can afford to support. The Bill also cited the morality rate esp. for the pregnancy of women.
There are always reason’s behind this topic, for me I’m “Pro-RH Bill” and this should be implemented. It’s not what you call Abortion because as stated on the contraceptives is to Prevent  and not to kill the fetus inside the mother’s womb. It’s the only way to stop overpopulation explosion especially on poor Filipinos they are low on recreational things, so if they become bored they find ways or things to do or in some ways  it’s what we call Sex, So again  and again women below poverty undergoes pregnancy again until they have dozens of children. How can they support their children? How can the government support those people? It’s not that I’m against the church but will the church support all the poor children’s needs? So for me the only solution for this is to Implement RH Bill immediately .
Consider all Facts and Factors, we all have to decide and be geared to the situation.
